  25. Park Help is an informational guiding system, developed by E2S, made to facilitate user’s search of a parking spot in an easy and efficient way. As soon as a customer drives into the parking space, the system automatically guides the vehicle, with the aid of a series of panels indicating directions to the nearest parking spot available. All this allows for an optimal management of parking spaces by minimizing the time customers spend looking for a free space.

  26. To guide vehicles, following elements will be used. Sensors (in each bay) Green/Red Light Indicators (in each bay) Sensor-Pilot Integrated (in each bay) Control Hardware

  27. ParkHelp System Functions Informative panels (different configurations available)

  28. ParkHelp System Functions • ParkHelp system is currently in its SECOND GENERATION, with improvements in: • Luminosity of Light Indicators (Pilots) • Software management software • Hardware • Also, the engineers team of ParkHelp is currently working to develop the THIRD GENERATION of the system.

  29. Benefits Possible jams are avoided, specially in rush hour with significant vehicle traffic that may even collapse the parking’s entrance Makes management easy, thanks to its user -friendly application, that allows directing traffic to any area and know the situation of the garage at any given time (real time or historical). Personnel may work on other things, without having to devote most of their time to finding out the parking’s situation. Reduces pollution within the parking space: cars drive through less, which means less gas emissions. Therefore, AC systems are used less as well.

  30. Benefits Cost optimization: Traffic may be directed progressively to other levels (opening and closing levels and/or parking areas when it is considered necessary) and optimize electricity. Levels which are not used may be switched off to save on illumination, ventilation etc. Customer loyalty: By finding a place to park quickly, customer’s are satisfied and their possibility to return increases. Time savings: Clients may access free spots fairly quickly without wasting time driving around looking for a place to park. This is critical, particularly during peak hours when few spots remain open and clients take time finding them. Better service: A comfortable and convenient is provided, reducing stressful situations and decreasing the risk of an accident (specially during rush hour).
