  1. Digital Photo Scavenger Hunt By: Kaitlyn Grace Renfro Spring 2011

  2. Line I decided to take two pictures of line because I was uncertain if the one on the left would be visible. I liked how the sun was forming a natural line in both pictures, and I had a hard time choosing which one to select. These are good examples because the line is not literally drawn out, but it is evident if one takes time to look.

  3. Shape This is a flower I found on the floor while walking back from class and I liked how it was shaped. This is a great example of shape because there are many lines that attract the eye.

  4. Color This picture was taken waiting for a friend to come out of her room. This is a good example of color because it has the same type of tree, but with different colors that are all on the same color spectrum.

  5. Texture This was taken at my high school when and I was testing out different features on my camera. In this shot, one is able to almost feel the bark peeling from the tree.

  6. Perspective I was eating lunch with my brother when I noticed the height difference with the very tall lady in the dress. There was a different perspective in size change and I thought this would be a good example.

  7. Motion This picture took a lot of re takes, but I enjoyed the final outcome. This is a perfect example of motion since everyone around my brother is moving, and my brother has to make the choice as on what to do next.

  8. Shadow This is one of my favorite pictures of my brother that I took. This was after a game and I realized how tall he was and the fact that my little brother was not so little anymore. This is a good representation of shadow because in this picture , it looks as if my brother is reminiscent on the past as he looks towards his shadow. It also reminds me of the classic Peter Pan pose.

  9. Repetition My family is very religious and looking at the pews and the stained glass windows were examples of every day repetition that I would have passed up if it were not for this assignment.

  10. Nature This picture almost uses a rule of thirds with the sun in the right corner. I like this picture because nature seems to engulf you as you look at this picture.

  11. Portrait This is my dog, Rosie. All daylong (besides killing birds) she sleeps, and this is a good example of a portrait because a portrait should capture the character of a person. I like this photo because I woke her up to take it to capture the expression.
