  16. AACP Governance Highlights on governance • AACP survived in difficult times • AACP instituted remote management after the resignation of its alumni direcotr. • Technology helps break barriers for communication • Compassion Philippines give their full support for AACP such as access to funds

  17. AACP Governance • AACP promotes activities it increase resources • Joseph the Dream Play - estimated income is P40,000.00 • All Things New Movie – P 86,600.00

AACP Governance • AACP adopt policies/resolutions in tune with Compassion Internationals • Adopted sound financial policies by using Compassion Philippines Financial Policy • Adopted “Teamwork” as one of the core values • Adopted the revised national agenda • Approved Ms. Rhea Ramirez as honorary member for her exemplary work with the AACP’s projects.

  20. AACP Governance • AACP undergone monitoring evaluation • Meeting with Mr. Joel Vanderheart who evaluated the Philippine Compassion Alumni. Alumni can always refine its operation with such feedback from external entity.
