  1. What is Integrity? in·teg·ri·ty/inˈtegritē/ Noun: The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. Synonyms: honesty - probity - entirety - rectitude – wholeness

  2. Steps to Integrity Elder Jan Paulsen on integrity Steps to living a life of integrity

  3. Words to think about… Albert Camus (a writer, journalist, and philosopher) once wrote: “Integrity has no need of rules.” Do you agree or disagree with this? Why? Talk to a partner and be ready to share your comments.

  4. Integrity in the Bible Proverbs 20:7, 11 The righteous who walks in his integrity— blessed are his children after him! Even a child makes himself known by his acts, by whether his conduct is pure and upright. Titus 2:7-8 Show yourself in all respects to be a model of good works, and in your teaching show integrity, dignity, and sound speech that cannot be condemned, so that an opponent may be put to shame, having nothing evil to say about us.

  5. Remember Job? His integrity was a testimony to his faith. The whole universe knew of Job’s integrity, and Satan was unable to make Job stumble because of Job’s moral uprightness. God pointed it out to Satan: Job 2:3 And the LORD said to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil? He still holds fast his integrity, although you incited me against him to destroy him without reason.”

  6. Read and Respond Is being a person of integrity important to you? Why or why not? Is it a priority in your life to act and speak with integrity? What, if anything, does being a person of integrity have to do with our witness for Jesus? What does the Law have to do with integrity (if anything)? Explain.
