Smart Money Branch Accounts SMB CLA SMB EA SMB CLA SMB EA SMB CLA SMB EA • There are two Smart Money Branch Accounts provided for each branch to be used for both Cash Loading (SMB CLA) and Encashment (SMB EA) Transactions . • Smart Money Branch Account shall be credited/funded by Cash Loading Mother Account of the Bank Head Office. • Smart Money Branch Account balances are transferred to the Cash Loading Mother Account of the Head Office at the end-of-day or during consolidation. • Bank Branched shall keep track of their own logs of all processed Cash Loading and Encashment Transactions to/from Smart Money Account Holders (Client) as well as Fund Transfer to/from Head Office and other Branches for control and monitoring purposes.   7. Important Notes: • Request are validated and processed upon receipt of all required documents. • Same day crediting is facilitated for all requests received on or before 2:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday, except Holidays)

Fund Transfer to Branches Cash Loading Mother Account Smart Money MOTHER Accounts • Bank Head Office and Branches must keep logs of amount transferred per branch for references purposes. • Manual sending of funds to branches by using a cellphone.
