What is iRODS? • Stands for iRule Oriented Data Systems. • Developed by the Storage Resource Broker (SRB) team at the San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC). • A data grid software system that enables a customizable architecture for sharing data distributed across heterogeneous resources.
