  5. There are two ways change is implemented in the work place. • Implementing someone else’s change (from higher ups) • Implementing your own change Making Changes Work

  6. It is not too early for me to begin thinking about how organizations must evolve and change to remain successful. Most of the time, this change comes from executive leadership, and as I strive to reach that level, I do not see the harm in beginning to grasp this concept. Organizational Change for Success
