Have you enough servers? • Institutions are challenged by: • Datacenter Sprawl; too much time and resources are spent to deploy, maintain, cool, and manage servers • Proliferation ofmany disparate platforms is causing increased complexity • Increaseddemand from undergraduate, post-graduate and research projects.

  7. Have you enough laboratories? Many institutions have dedicated laboratories or computer room which are dedicated to a course or class. They have good reasons for this too! This leads to:

  8. What type of students do you have? Many institutions have expanded their offerings to facilitate the traditional (ILT) 9-5 student, the evening student and the remote student. How is that going for you and what does it mean? Moodle. Remote connectivity. Software.
