  3. Les différentes densités(aérique, graisseuse, liquidienne,osseuse)-deux densités côte à côte perdentleurs contours = signe de la silhouette de Felson-deux corps qui se superposent, superposent leurs densités

  4. SIGNES D’UNE ATELECTASIE -Opacité systématisée -pincement costal -attraction du médiastin -ascension de la coupole -attraction de la scissure SIGNES D’UNE PNEUMONIE -Opacité systématisée -Pas de déplacement anatomique -Bronchogramme aérien

  5. Des images qui ne sont pas dans le référentiel anatomiques pulmonaire connu doivent nous faire imaginer toutes les constructions possibles de voisinage,extra pulmonaires, extra thoraciques…thymus, malformations, tumeurs, cheveux, nattes
