  1. The European Procurement Forum • a non-profit organization formed by government representatives of member states of the European Union in New York. • Goal: to help European companies learn how to do business with the various UN Organizations.

  2. The EUPF Seminar: Goals • Providing EU companies with info and tools to access the UN Procurement market; • Allowing EU companies to present themselves to UN Procurement staff; • Giving companies the opportunity to B2B network with other participants.

  3. The EUPF Seminar: What to expect? Theme “Procurement in Peacekeeping and Capacity Building” Presentations by UN organizations on their procurement procedures Workshops by UN-staff 1-on-1 meetings with UN buyers Networking Reception & B2B meetings

  4. 1-on-1 Meetings Estimated over 400 1-on-1 meetings between UN staff and companies and B2B The UN organizations will select the companies they would like to meet with. • With selected NGOs and UN Organizations like: UNPD, UNOPS, UNICEF, UNDP, UNHCR, WFP, Word Bank, UNRWA, UNIDO, UNGM, OCHA, UN Women, UNESCO, ICAO, FAO

  5. Registration for Seminar • Step 1: Create an account on www.eupf.org.  • Step 2: Receive account activation link and activate your account.  • Step 3: Review and approval/rejection of account by EUPF staff.  • Step 4: Log in to your account and register for the seminar. • Step 5: Receive an email with payment information. Pay registration fee to complete registration.
