  14. Interview: Appreciative Inquiry • Pair up with a partner (one you don’t know well) • 10 minutes - One person answers questions on the Appreciative Inquiry form. Record your partner’s responses • 10 minutes - Switch roles • 10minutes - Find 3 other partner dyads. In your group of eight, compare goals, vision, and next steps • Be prepared to share insights with larger group
