  2. WP7 Overview • The internal Evaluation & Quality Assurance for the GE activities will be based on the common importance of both form and content • Duration 10/2011 – 09/2013 • Evaluation will be ongoing to ensure the continuous improvement is embedded in the project

Quality Indicators Samples (in general) • Achievement of objectives and outcomes (in terms of deadlines and contents) • Factors that contributed/handicapped to the execution of objectives • Financial decisions and payments • Expected impact • Meetings organisation • Focus on Sustainability • …

Quality Indicatorsfor impact on target groups and sectors • Number of participants in the Green Strategic Groups (at least 10 per target country) • Number of institutions and stakeholders contacted in regard with the dissemination (at least 10 per country) • Number of media and articles covering the project results (at least 10 per country) • Number of visits (hits) at the project website and downloads of the products from the website • Number of participants in the train-the-trainer trainings (20 per target country); Number of participants in the National Dissemination Seminars (at least 30 per target country) • Number of multipliers at the Final Dissemination Conference - 2 representatives of other European countries • Establishment of Green Strategic Group in each target country • Feedback from VET teachers and trainers, guidance professional and stakeholders on the relevance and effect of the Training System

Quality Indicatorsfor impact on geographical areas • It will include the implementation of the project results within • the 5 partner countries on national, regional and local level as well as: • Number of the countries addressed in the dissemination events; • Number of countries that have demonstrated interest to directly apply • the results and disseminate the outputs.

  7. Today Partners agree on specified activities and meetings (ALL) to be assessed and evaluated, so to let SCV designing the Evaluation and Quality Assurance Plan Also feedback from the beneficiaries (i.e. piloting and exploitation activities too)

  8. Evaluation Tools: form & content • Questionnaires (compulsory) • Discussions • Online communication (i.e. Skype and email feedbacks, even out from the formal deadlines) • Contact with Partners, other participants in the project, direct and indirect beneficiaries, etc.

  9. Evaluation Tools: form & content Questionnaire: Contents • Practical things (organization, rooms, documents, etc.) • Contents (documents, training materials, coherence within aims and methodologies, etc.) • Approach (exchange within partnership, communication, common and shared rules, etc.)

Evaluation Tools: content Focus on building PROJECT SUSTAINABILITY: “How to continue AFTER the project?” • Green Employability Training System and Green Book • for Workplacement Ecological Awareness; • Green Employability project's website (for at least two years after the project); • Fruitful cooperation between the members of the GE Consortium.
