  2. Graphics Search • I found all of the images by searching Google Images. Most of the images are easy to save as jpg files and are easily incorporated into a PowerPoint presentation. The only issue is the size of the graphic. It can be distorted if not used appropriately in the presentation. • 3/10/10 – I have revised this PowerPoint with new graphics. Slide 3 contains a graphic obtained from the Internet. I did not change the autosum graphic. Slide 4 and 5 are actual pictures taken in my classroom. Slide 6 was created by me and then saved as a jpg file.

  3. Topic 1 Expository Essay Parts of an essay This graphic will show the parts of an essay to include the introduction, body, and the conclusion.

  4. Topic 2 Responding to a Fire Alarm • Emergency exit building diagram – This graphic simulates the diagram in the classroom and will help the learner associate between this graphic and the diagram in each room.

  5. Topic 3 Alphanumeric Keys • The keyboard – The keyboard graphic will show the learner a similar keyboard that he or she is currently using and the keys that will be used in the assignment.

  6. Topic 4Checking Account • Check register – The graphic will show the learner what a check register will look like with both debit and credit entries.

  7. Topic 5AutoSum Formula • AutoSum icon – The selected graphic will be the exact icon that the learner will see on the toolbar in Microsoft Excel. This will help the learner locate the icon more easily.
