  11. The 1997 Team First Girls Basketball Team to go the “Sweet 16” Every player and manager went on to college . 12 out of 14 hold college degrees. (The ball boy will graduate this spring) 6 players/managers became teachers (2 teach in our district today!) HIGH EXPECTATIONS, RIGOR, RELATIONSHIPS! NO EXCUSES. ONLY RESULTS!

  12. I’ve been where you are.

  13. We want you to be successful. We will do whatever it takes to help you be successful. We will not let you fail. But, you must be willing to accept help and suggestions and you must talk to us and let us know what you need.

  14. Classroom Management – There are 3 Things that go to the Principal’s Office Anything illegal or immoral Overt Defiance Blood & Guts Fighting – Call an ambulance, get a doctor/nurse ****EVERYTHING ELSE IS YOURS TO DEAL WITH IN YOUR CLASSROOM

  15. TEACHER ATTENDANCE This is extremely important. Be professional. Your sick days are very valuable.

  16. In Every School There are 3 Teachers who: Have the worst attendance Send more students to the principal’s office than any other teacher. Expects the principal to manage their classroom from his or her office. Monopolizes the principal’s time with petty discipline referrals. ******Don’t become one of those 3 teachers.
