  1. Who poisoned Buzz Light Year?By: Grant Mayberry

  2. Introduction • The reason for doing this project was to figure out the mystery of who poisoned Buzz Lightyear. It all started with Woody & Buzz doing there new one and only cooking show, but somebody felt the need to poison Buzz. Now Buzz is in the hospital passed out and now its my job to find out who did it.

  3. Pre-Hypothesis • It think it was Shrek, because the items he had were the items at the crime scene.

  4. Materials • Conductivity • Triple Beam Balance • Graduated Cylinder • Dye

  5. Procedures • To find the density we put whatever it was in a graduated cylinder filled with water and looked at how much the water rose. To find the color we looked at what color it was. I also did the same to find the optical properties. We used the conductivity meter to find how good of a conductor it was. To find flammability we lit it on fire and to find how reactive it was we dropped acid on the item.

  6. Conclusion • There was not enough information to find out who poisoned Buzz Lightyear, or the test were not accurate and could not have been found out. • The acids we got to use were limited. A flaw was that I was not in the lab everyday and I think it would have helped a lot if I got to work more.
