Methodology • Baseline study • Particitoryselection ( 4 sites mulungu and Mvuazi) • Value chainmarketanalysis ( Strenght,weakness,opportunities, treats • A studyon alternative laborcostreduction • Establish a network among involved communities and institutions( exhange of information) • At least 10 farmers groups planting TC material • Establishmothergardens • At least one FarmerfieldSchool by site (4 sites)

  5. Training • Training of trainers ( 10) • Use existing plateforms ( farmers groups) • Use developed material from ASARECA • Provide training material to trainers • Training of farmers group ( 120 farmers trained)

Multiplication and dissemination of LC TC material • Mulungu : 2 ha INERA Station • 4ha ( farmers plateforms) • Mvuazi : 1 ha INERA station • 3 ha ( on farm ) • AWARENESS CREATION • One leaflet/ variety • At least 20 farmers groups using dissemination material • 6institutions (Partners from Public and ONG) involved into multiplication and dissemination
