  2. Patient History • 21 year old male • No medical conditions • No medications

  3. Lesion Description • A single large bullous lesion on the inside of the lower lip across from #22 and 23. The lesion is raised, red and well-defined.

  4. Patient Dialogue • When did you first notice the lesion? • (Not sure. Not a long time) • Have you had a lesion like this before? • (No) • Have you noticed any change in shape or size of the lesion? • (No)

  5. Diagnosis • Differential Dx: • Irritation Fibroma • Mucocele • Hemangioma • Provisional Dx: • Mucocele-(The lesion is in the soft tissue at a location of minor salivary glands and a common place for trauma.)
