Plan 2 • During the last 2 lessons we have discussed the importance of both systematic change and daily variations to both meet our expenditure goals and to shock the body to ensure that we continue to make both weight loss progress and improved fitness. So following the format of lesson 2, write out a new exercise plan for the next 4 weeks. • Remember the to incorporate the last 2 lessons. • Send your new plan and your excel data to me via e-mail. • Please share a new experience on the message board (help a classmate discover new activities…find a training partner).
