  4. Blogging Web Logs (Blogs) are online diaries of thought or experience. • Published • By date with the most recent at the top • With comment • With links to other blogs and sites • With hypertext, images, and categories

  5. Blogging (2) Blogs are Online, you don’t blog to CD though you could blog to a network. Therefore you need a special tool to create one. There are a couple that are known as being easy.
