  2. Problems in Society caused by Technology • People get to be not sociable to other people. • They get addicted. • Users forget to be responsible regarding technology use. • People can become inappropriate to others due to the influence of technology.

  3. Eye Problems • People may get blurred visions. • Being too close to the screen makes you have difficulties in vision. • People may have strained eyes due to facing too much at the computer. • There would be problems refocusing after technology use.

  4. Hand/Wrist Problems • They can feel very numb. • Typing too much can cause pain to your wrist and fingers. • Carpal Tunnel syndromes-caused by pressure of the nerve which runs from shoulder to hand. • You can get your hands distorted

  5. Psychological Problems • Computer stress can lead to diseases even cancer . • You can get headaches/short temper/depression/insomnia • You can get handicapped mentally. • Cyber bullying can cause problems leading to depression/suicide.

  6. Back/Neck Problems • Lower back pains can occur frequently • Chairs can affect your posture which does not support the back. • Incorrect postures may lead to back and neck problems. • The height of the monitor can affect the neck and causes misalignment of the spinal column.

  7. Solutions • Exercising your hands/eyes/back before using the computer • Every few minutes you should have a break from using technology • Stretch your body for your neck and back • You should rest and avoid using the computer all of the time
