Senate breakout group on Targeted Endowment - Issues • Resources for current faculty to grow and develop across time. • Technology for all • Support for teaching faculty to conduct scholarship • Support Infrastructure • Basic space. • Clerical assistance (access to work-study students). • Bureau for Technical Assistance translated to the field. • Support for computing and statistics.

Proposed Activities Named Virtual Faculty Development Center to support: • Buying of Faculty Time to retain and refresh. • Central Resource for technical, statistical and personnel support . • Research grants for mid-career faculty. • Comprehensive Mentoring Program for all levels. • Deans. • Department Chairs. • Full Professors. • Associate Professors. • Assistants/Instructor lectures.
