  3. The “You” in User Group • The User Group was formed to: • Reflect and articulate the interests of the membership. • Encourage and facilitate any DTIC operations, plans or cooperative efforts that benefit the membership. • Expedite the flow of information between the membership and DTIC.

The “You” in User Group • Make recommendations to DTIC concerning: • DTIC products, services, and capabilities • Security • Document delivery • Other informational areas of interest • Individuals registered with DTIC for scientific and technical information services are eligible for membership • Registered individuals are the “You” in User Group
