  2. Course Introduction Goal for the training: To prepare LCDC Precinct Operations polling place volunteers to carry out all activities and tasks required to assist the citizens of Loudoun County cast their ballots and vote in Virginia’s 2013 statewide election.

Course Learning Objectives At the end of this training, you will be able to: • Summarize the key precinct operations • Organize the opening of a precinct-polling site • Identify the key tasks an LCDC poll worker will carry out on election day • Complete the required post-election polling site shutdown and clean-up activities
