  7. 2nd Approval PC and PPMB • Once PPMB approves the request the PC will receive another email. At this time the PC will print out the NF 37-50. • The NF 37-50 is the form that the Recycler signs and prints their name at the bottom. If you have more than one page they must sign all the pages. • Now that all the assets are gone and the PC has a signed NF 37-50 there are 2 steps that must be completed.

  18. Additional Information • Must have all forms signed and attached • Must have user field completed • Once PPMB approves the 2nd time the PC, PAO and PPMB will receive an email that states the request is closed and approved.

  19. FAQ Q – Once PPMB approves the request the 1st time how many days do we have? A – You have 30 days to complete the recycle process. Q – As a POC can I accept or deny for my PC? A – No, only the PC can accept or deny a request under their custodial area. Q – Can I add barcodes to a request already submitted? A – No, you can only remove barcodes once the request is submitted.
