General Chemistry Online, http://antoine.frostburg.edu/chem/senese/101/index.shtml, a variety of resources designed for the beginning university chemistry student Some periodic tables on the web: http://periodic.lanl.gov/, or http://www.webelements.com/webelements/scholar/index.html

    8. Web Resources - Biology Here also, the web is very rich! A library of web resources for biology, http://vlib.org/Biosciences A list of life science resources on the web, http://www.sciencegems.com/life.html Animal Diversity Web, a great zoology resource, http://animaldiversity.ummz.umich.edu/site/index.html DNA from the Beginning, explains DNA and genetics, http://www.dnaftb.org/dnaftb/. A virtual frog dissection lab, http://curry.edschool.virginia.edu/go/frog/ Microscopy – including many images, http://www.microscopy-uk.net/mag/indexmag.html?http://www.microscopy-uk.net/mag/wimsmall/smal1.html,

    9. Web Resources - Physics The web is a great resource including… The Physics Classroom, http://www.glenbrook.k12.il.us/gbssci/phys/Class/BBoard.html, an online physics tutorial A list of physics web resources, http://www.ncsu.edu/sciencejunction/terminal/imse/lowres/1/physics.htm Stephen Hawking’s Universe, http://www.pbs.org/wnet/hawking/html/home.html, explains many strange astronomy and physics topics A physics glossary, http://scienceworld.wolfram.com/physics/, A physics history timeline, http://timeline.aps.org/APS/Timeline/
