  6. Procedure • All student content reviewed or pre-approved by: • Teacher • Administrator/District Staff • Teacher Content • Edited by School or Title I Office • Reviewed by Administrator or District Staff • To broadcast: • Provide in .wmv to Mrs. M.O.M. or send to Title I

Media Permissions • Note: AUP allows student broadcast: • The district reserves the right to use students’ pictures and names to promote achievements of individual students on the district/school web site and school publications. Any parent not wishing to have their child’s picture/ name placed on the district/school’s web site or in other school/district publications should submit a letter to the principal stating that the parent does not wish their child’s likeness be placed on any district media.

  9. How You Can Help • Allow students to write, research, record, and produce during 30 min period • Encourage teachers – esp. NBCT/TAP – to create content or use as a part of instruction • Add to communication plan for your school • Send copies of recorded events to TIO • Post Media Permission Statement
