  2. What do our students need most? • Many capable non-traditional students experience frustration and failure in school, not because they lack ability, but because they do not have adequate information. • Strong organizational skills are important for success in school, to foster feelings of confidence. • Students need to develop positive attitudes, and to realize they can control how well they do in school and in life. • The groundwork for successful work habits for our adult learners is INFORMATION.

  3. Creating a Server Based Bookmarking Utility • A bookmarking utility acts like your favorites or bookmarks menu. It gives you a place to keep references to your favorite websites. • You can access it from any web browser on any computer, anywhere, so when you get a good link while away from home, you can just store it and have it always around.

  4. Create an Environment where students can access multiple sites! • www.portaportal.com • Free • Create an individualized site • Create a combined or share site. • Teach your students to create their own.
