  3. Chaperones • We are in need of at least 1 chaperone per 15 students (Minimum of 10 needed). • If you are interested, please take the chaperones packet and complete the online background check as soon as possible. • We will need to know if you intend to be a chaperone by January 6th.

  4. Activities at Camp • We will do some of the following activities: • Ziplining • Ecology • Canoeing • Living History Museum • Compass

  5. Cabins • Boys and girls will be separated into two cabins. • All girls from one class will be in one cabin with their chaperones, and all boys from one class will be in another cabin with their chaperones. • There are 2-4 showers per cabin and students must be quick with their showers so allow everyone their turn.

  6. What to Bring • Please pay close attention to the “What to Bring” list provided by Camp Thunderbird. • Students should not bring any electronics because they will not have much downtime and will not utilize them on this trip. • Cell phones are not permitted by students-we will have a Camp Thunderbird phone number available and you are able to email your student as well!

  7. Medication at Camp • Students will receive a medication form that must be filled out by your doctor to reflect the trip, including over the counter medications. • Teachers must carry all medication for this trip, including Tylenol or inhalers.

  8. Questions? • If you have any questions, please feel free to email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible! • For more information about Camp Thunderbird, please visit: http://www.campthunderbird.org
