Testing Electronic Guidebook • 35 users: 16 adult females, 9 adult males, 8 children (aged 10 to 13) • Some users in small groups sharing a PDA • Testing under normal Exploratrium’s condition • Brief introduction, then directed to 6 instrumented exhibits • A project member observed the users’ actions, held semistructured interviews afterwards
