  3. Student Evaluation of Instruction • Adjunct Faculty are evaluated by students annually • Evaluation conducted 8th week of semester • Proctor contacts instructor to schedule convenient date and time

  4. Student Evaluation of Instruction • Faculty are not present during evaluation • Evaluation has 15 questions related to instructional delivery and design • Faculty should receive results before end of semester

  5. Assessment of Student Learning • Assessment Committee developed assessment process • Used in self-study • On-going process to assess and document student learning • Includes goals, objectives, and measurable outcomes • Process can be found on Assessment Web Page
