  3. Services • ADSS is prepared to provide services and support to the pre-construction, construction, operations and management phases of each project. ADSS services include: • Facility Management – planning, deployment and general conditions/requirements of temporary site facilities and storage/warehouse, operations and maintenance • Staffing Services – part-time, temporary and permanent qualified staff • Administrative Services – office management and secretarial, Human Resource services and monitoring • Business Services – accounting, auditing, bookkeeping, procurement, project progress monitoring and reporting • Telecommunication and Computer – telephone system, answering service, computer and peripherals, fax, network connectivity along with cabling and wiring • Consulting and Training – project management, safety training, turn-key solutions • Security, Safety and Compliance - site security setup/monitoring, contract and safety compliance monitoring/reporting • Janitorial – trash disposal, waste services, facility cleaning • Construction Cleanup – debris removal, dumpsters and containers, “Final Clean” • Construction Materials and Equipment – ready mix concrete, lumber, ice machine, potable water, lease/purchase equipment • Janitorial – trash disposal, toilet services, facility cleaning • Construction Cleanup – debris removal, dump containers, final cleanup • Construction Materials and Equipment – ready mix concrete, lumber, potable ice water, lease/purchase equipment

Projects • BEERS SKANSKA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY • City of Houston METRO Light Rail Project - provided general conditions, which included: furniture, supplies, cable and wiring, telecommunications, computer maintenance, purchasing. • TURNER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY • City of Houston Convention Hotel & Garage Project - provided general conditions, which included: trailers, porta-johns, holding tanks,furniture, janitorial, office supplies, etc. • MWH CONSTRUCTORS - MONTGOMERY WATSON HARZA • City of Houston N.E. Water Purification Plant Project - provided general conditions, which included: trailers, porta-johns, septic tanks, furniture, cable and wiring, dumpsters, office supplies, special project design assignments, concrete and janitorial services. • SIEMENS TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS, INC. • City of Houston METRO Light Rail Project - provided general conditions, which included: complete setup of METRO field trailer, furniture, network and telecomm cabling, janitorial service, etc. Additionally, ADSS provided setup of the downtown office, furniture layout, design and purchase, along with J.D. Edwards Cost Accountants. • PRIETO CONSTRUCTION • City of Houston Downtown Arena Garage Project – responsible for providing construction materials such as lumber and concrete. • NATGUN • City of Houston N.E. Water Purification Project - responsible for providing construction materials such as concrete and lumber. • BAKER CONCRETE COMPANY • City of Houston N.E. Water Purification Project - responsible for providing construction materials such as concrete, lumber and general conditions. (To be determined.)

Team • Andrea Renee Logans, President & CEO • Ms. Renee Logans is the President & CEO of Access Data Supply, Inc. and Access Data Support Services, with over twenty years of experience as an executive in sales and marketing, program management, and business development.  Ms. Logans is very skilled in problem determination and resolution in the business environment.  She has a BA Degree from the University of Florida and has worked in sales and marketing for such companies as Xerox Corporation, Control Data, and as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch. • Tom Logans, Vice President Support Services • Mr. Logans has over 27 years of diverse experience in sales, marketing, business development, operations management and project management focusing mostly on facility management and construction support services. Mr. Logans has successfully helped numerous organizations in significantly growing their businesses, and has led cross-functional teams in delivering exceptional services to customers. • Nouri Daie, VP Operations/Project Manager • Mr. Daie has over 17 years of experience in the energy sector providing Information Technology operations and program management, business development, management consulting, IT outsourcing management and strategic planning. As a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Mr. Daie has been assisting organizations and management teams to successfully improve their operational controls, manage risks, and re-engineer processes.
