Hydro Operations Update The Federal Columbia River Power System is being operated for system wide flood control objectives. • All reservoirs are drafting to meet their April 30 flood control objective. • River Forecast Center’s Water Supply Forecast is 113.7 million acre feet issued on April 12.

  3. Actions to manage overgeneration • Since 4/7 we have successfully acquired over 25,000 MWh of load under the Mid-C Spill Exchange agreement. • Positioning Banks Lake to have the maximum amount of pump load available. • Have moved non-essential generator and transmission maintenance outages out of May and June. • Coordinated spill on Willamette projects. • CGS has been reduced to 85% during periods when it was helpful to minimize spill.

Transmission Updates • COI N>S • 2950 MW: 3/30 to 4/23 due to CAISO Round Mountain-Table Mountain 1 500kV. • PDCI N>S • 2990 MW : At rated capacity next seven days except as noted above. • 0 MW: 4/14 and 4/15 HE 07 only due to LADWP testing. • NI S>N • 1950 MW: Prescheduled forecast at or near capacity next seven days.
