  1. EXPRESSIONISM !BAM! EDVARD MUNCH !BAM! BY DYLAN KERR

  2. THE SCREAM THE HOMER SCREAM THE REAL SCREAM The Homer picture is funny. I like the Simpson's so that’s why I like this. It really shows Homers expressions. He has that crazy scream. This painting really shows details but they should be a Simpson's scene. It would be funnier on a couch or an other lazy scene. Although it isn’t a real human, it does show a human details. The original scream is still cool. If it weren't for this picture the funnier pictures wouldn’t of been made. This has a weird texture in its face and its background. What I like about this picture is that it has a cool sky and water. It is really colorful. I also really like its face. What I really want to know is why is it screaming? Is there a reason?

  3. MADONNA This picture is a picture of a woman named Madonna. Yes, she doesn’t have a shirt or bra on, but that’s why it’s a good picture. Back then and even now expressing a girl naked is a work of art. I think this picture wants to tell us that woman are not slaves they can be free. The girls face looks pale but her body doesn’t. It might be the background but it looks like she has a hat on. I'm actually don’t know if she is wearing any pants because I cant see the whole picture. The background looks like a portal or something, but the way she is positioned she looks like she is in a shower. This is the pop star Madonna. She is really ugly and I hate her! She is not really a good singer. I think she is a lesbian because she kissed Brittany Spears. I don’t know why she was so popular. I don’t feel like talking about her.

  4. This is count Dracula. He is the real vampire. He is pretty cool, but he is still evil. I also still hat vampire. I think one will come to get me. I never seen his movies and I probably never will. So just be careful because he might come to get you! MUAHHHHHHHHHHH! VAMPIRE This picture is a vampire. This is not like another vampires because it’s a woman vampire. This woman has red hair like me. She looks like she is killing, sucking blood, leaving a man. There is no true response from me but it can also be a girl. It also looks like the girl has red eyes. We only see her arm so she might be naked. I sometimes have dreams of getting killed by a vampire, it is always so scary! I would never want to be the person she is killing. Maybe I will be a vampire when I’m older….. Just kidding. Edvard should make a picture of the vampire that is a bat.

  5. GIRL ON BRIDGE This painting shows a lonely girl on a bridge. She has orange hair and has a pink and white blouse. In her hands she holds a big yellow hat. The girl looks like she is very smart and is very mature. The girl is standing on a wooden bridge. She is leaning on the bridges banister. She probably has a lot on her mind. When I look at this girl I think of a girl who needs a boyfriend. She is perfect for me! Hahaha! The girl doesn’t look realistic. It is more realistic if it was next to its cartoon self. To me the title “Girl On Bridge” means lonely, if it was“GirlsOn Bridge” then it wouldn’t mean lonely. Thank goodness it wasn’t boy on bridge! I really like this picture because it can teach girls that they should never die their hair red!

  6. Art-Nouveau

  7. Art-nouveau is a type of art that is supposed to be more of a decoration for adults. 12. Fauvism

  13. The materials they use were..For sculptures they used a clump of clay, a chunk of wood that has a ruff edge and that’s all for sculptures. For paintings they used paintbrushes all different sizes and all sorts of colour paints. What materials did they use?

  14. Some artists didn’t like abstraction because it didn’t make sense to them and they preferred to paint realistically. When the others didn’t like to paint realistic and they found that realistic didn’t have much details. When the others thought that abstraction didn’t have details, and also not making sense. Why did some artists paint realistically while others preferred abstraction?

  15. What Michael Angelo was thinking was how his sculpture will turn out and how happy hell be when it’s finished. Also he was hoping that it wouldn’t take long so he can do other paintings and carving. He was very happy that he was doing a big project. What was Michelangelo thinking as he carved "David"?

  16. Rodin had used his parents believing that he can do sculpting and as a young kid he loved drawing. He also put in a lot of time on his artwork and putting details in his work.   What did Rodin use as his inspiration to sculpt "The Thinker"?

  17. The two artists are a bit connected because they both loved doing artworks and taking the time of doing them and also they put in a lot of details in there work. They both really loved what they were doing. Also is that they both were very popular in there countries. Are the two artists connected?

  18. What similar characteristics do you notice in each of these works of art? All of these arts are from an article of news paper Invitation to the Opening of the artists' colony in Darmstadt, 15 May 1901 Poster for the opening of the "Maison du Peuple" exhibition in Brussels, 1897 Exhibition poster, Munich, 1901 Poster for the opening of the Second and Third Secession- Exhibitions, Vienna, 1898-99
