The Questionnaire will be displayed in the Complaint Tab of the Exam Link Questionnaire to Templates or add on the fly File>Setup>Exam>Questionnaire Design the Questions and Answers to your preference Add Question Category by typing in the name Add Answers by clicking on ‘Values’ Questionnaire Setup

  4. File>Setup>Exam>Template Default values in available tabs Unlimited Templates Template Setup

  5. File>Setup>Categories Diagnostic Tests: Link diagnostic tests to pull in charges in the exam Dilation: The dilation check box will trigger the dilation timer. Exam Method: Link dilation drops to an Exam method. Category Setup

  6. External eye: Link Diagnosis to External tab drop downs Internal eye: Link Diagnosis to External Tab drop downs Prescription Notes: Add common notes you would like to add in the exam. Refractive Type: Setup Copy Forward feature and Final check boxes. Treatment Plans: Set up treatment plans to select from the Assessment tab Category Setup
