Objectives Have a basic understanding of modern educational management concepts, practices and their application; Understand the technology supported learning environment based on learners’ needs and motivations; Be aware of the Global, Regional and Country-based Educational Management Trends and their Implications for Sustainable Human Resources Development with reference to the ASEAN countries

  4. Objectives Appreciate and understand the process, procedure and requirements for establishing Quality Management System in educational institutions with reference to ASEAN regions. Be able to identify issues and goals of managing change and improving organizational adaptability by leading change through organizational development strategies;

  12. Study Visits Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) was established in June 1973 and its mandate has been to assist in the country’s development efforts in two ways: as change catalyst and as capacity-builder. (DAP, 2012)

  13. Study Visits MFI Foundation, Inc. MFI is a non-stock, non-profit science foundation that has provided quality training and education in the Philippines for more than 30 years. (MFI, 2012)

Hostel Guidelines • Dining Room and Kitchen (4th Floor, Local 407) • The meals are prepared for the participants during the following hours: • Breakfast 7:00 – 8:30 hours • Lunch 12:00 – 1:30 hours • Dinner 18:00 – 20:00 hours • Cooking facilities are provided in the kitchen should participants wish to cook for themselves. Please utilize properly the kitchen facilities and cleanliness and order should be maintained.

  19. Hostel Guidelines • Laundry Services • Laundry Services are available with the following rates: • Php 30/kilo – approx. USD 0.70/kilo – wash dry, and fold • Php 70/kilo – approx. USD 1.63/kilo – wash,dry, and press • Self – Service iron and ironing board are also available at the roof deck should the participants wish to press their clothes. • Internet Facility • Internet facility is available 24 hrs for e-mail, internet and other computer projects in the computer laboratory and hostel rooms. Please request the ICT Division should you need assistance in connecting to the internet.

  20. Hostel Guidelines • Making an Overseas Call • Public pay phones at the reception are available should the participants wish to make overseas calls. • Room Keys (Reception, First Floor, Local 101) • Room keys must be turned over to the Reception every time the guest goes out of the CPSC building.
