These producers made altered passports for these Chinese PRC travellers to go to a third country.

DAIKH was in possession of 79 blank counterfeit Spanish passports, 154 blank counterfeit Belgium passports, 125 blank counterfeit Portuguese passports and 94 blank counterfeit passports.
