Each team of 15 personnel worked 12-hour shifts to accomplish all technical support and maintenance of all computer and telecommunications equipment. Task included helpdesk, engineering install of PC’s, wiring closets / rack installation, connector boxes, and switching connections. Information Technology Consulting • District of Columbia’s Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) • As a Subcontractor,provided Project Management and staffing in the development of a wireless communications vehicle tracking system for the District of Columbia’s Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS). System was designed with dedicated IP addresses for security measures and the project task outfitted approximately 80 FEMS vehicles with Sierra Wireless MP-200 modems with GPS using TAIP protocol.
