  10. 4.MB & Front cover disassembly 1)Disconnect 1 screw , side key,and LCD con.,from MB as below picture 2)Disconnect TP con.,power key, and RF cable,as below pic. screw LCD con. Side key FPC TP con. Power key RF cable

  11. 4.MB&Front cover disassembly 3)Disconnect main FPC connector from MB as below picture. Main FPC con.

  13. 5. 2M camera and light-sensordisassembly Take off the 2M camera and light-sensor form MB ,as below picture; 2M camera Light-sensor

  14. 6. Side key and power key disassembly Take off the side key and power key with soldering iron , as below picture; Side key power key

  15. 7. Key board and LCD housing disassembly Disassembly the screws and then take off the keyboard,as below picture; MIC Key board RF cable Main FPC

  17. 7. LCD housing disassembly Disassembly the LCD housing ,as below picture; LCD housing

  18. 8.LCD ,TP and front cover disassembly receiver Front cover and TP LCD

  19. 9.TP disassembly Use hot air gun to heat the TP on front cover(100~150℃) about 2 minute, then take off the TP from front cover. Heat area

  21. L1&L2 Repairing guide 1. LCDdisplay problem a. Upgrade SW; b. Check LCD and FPC of LCD; c. Check LCD connector on main board; LCD con.

  22. 2.2M CAM problem a. Check if the CAM connect well; b. Replace a new CAM to check if the former CAM is OK; c. Check the CAM connector as below picture; d. Check the components around CAM connector; 2M CAM connector

  23. 4. TP failure a. Check if the TP FPC connect to main board well; b. Replace a new TP to Check if it is OK; c. Check the TP connector ; TP connector

  24. 5.No ringtone a. Check the two pin on speaker if it can connect to mainbaord; b. Check the resistance of speaker; c. Check the keyboard, FPC and connector if it is ok; d. Check the components around speaker.

  25. 6.Receiver no function a. Check the two pin of receiver; b. Check the resistance of receiver; c. Check the components around receiver.

  26. 7.Microphone no function a. Check if MIC soldering well; b. Replace new MIC to do cross check; c. Check the keyboard,FPC and connector ; d. Check the components around MIC.

  27. 8.No vibration or earphone no function a. Check the soldering of Vibrator and earphone jag; b. Replace a new vibrator or jag to cross check ; c. Check the components around earphone jag or vibrator. vibrator

  28. 9. Can not power on a. Check the voltage of battery (3.8~4.2V). And if battery connect to connector well; b. Upgrade SW; c. Check the power key and around components; Power key FPC weld pad

  29. 10.Can not detect SIM card or TF card a. Check the SIM con.and T card con. ; b. Replace a new SIM con. Or T card con. to do cross check; T card con. SIM con.
