Ascend To Wholeness Website Registration www.ascendtowholeness.org • Last weekend a major update to the registration website was implemented that addressed known issues • However, some issues persist, please make sure the following: • Member # must start with A, and must be followed by 8 numeric characters. (for example, A00123456 - the 00 are always zero’s) • Birthdate must match what is in the system (HR can confirm what is in the system) • Emails can only be used once, spouses cannot share an email address, please use a unique email. The best way for members to get assistance on registration issues is to email ARM at: LoginHelp@AscendtoWholeness.org. Further resources have been put in place with the goal of a response within 24 hours.

  3. ID Cards All employees should have received new ID cards in the mail with a major face lift to the cards. For security reasons, they arrived in a non-descript business size envelope that looked like junk mail. A small error resulted in no reference to the dental network provider on the card, the card vendor is correcting this and new cards will be issued and delivered to all employees via mail in the next few weeks. Members should discard the first card once they receive the new one.

  4. Biometric Screening60 points • Adventist Risk Management appointed vendor (Interactive Health) will conduct on-site screenings. Dates are tentative: • The second week of May, (right after graduation) AND The first week of August, both on Southern’s campus. Further information will be sent out when exact days are known. • Employees may attend screenings at other locations if convenient, such as the Conference Office, or any other location in the NAD • Screening on Southern’s campus ONLY will include an additional screening package (paid for by Southern) that will include the full bloodwork that we have been used to in the past during the health assessment event during colloquium. • If you or your spouse cannot attend any on-site screening, you must pick up a lab slip from the Human Resources office to take to your doctor and have the screening completed by July 31. • Reminder: When going for a preventive visit, you can take your results from this screening to your primary care doctor to avoid duplicating the tests. REMINDER: No personally-identifiable information will be shared with your employer (including Human Resources, your manager or supervisor).

  5. Wellness Portal is ready! Log your points! • For Wellness Portal support, including assistance with syncing devises to the portal, contact the wellness portal vendor, Cerner at 1-888-252-8150 available 24 hours a day.

  6. Network Utilization ALL medical services - must be IN NETWORK, no out of network medical services will be covered except for emergencies. Please check all your providers to see if they are in network, use www.aetna.com/asa or click on the Find a Provider link on the Ascend to Wholeness website. Ancillary medical service providers (radiology, anesthesiology, labs, etc.) which the member has no control over, will be treated as in network by insurance. It may be possible for you as the member to still owe the difference between covered charges and billed charges. Dental services - can be in or out of network Alternative therapies - do not have to be in network
