Harvey Nash Recruitment Consultant - London Harvey Nash Executive Search is seeking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to work with existing clients delivering both specialist and less senior positions across a broad range of sectors on an exclusive contingent route. Overview of Role The successful applicant will have experience of the full recruitment life cycle covering a variety of functional roles. You will be responsible for resourcing and assessing candidates against specific client briefs through understanding and identifying the relevant skill sets, qualifying a candidate’s level of experience and promoting our clients' opportunities. • Key Responsibilities • Managing the end to end candidate sourcing process and the recruitment life cycle. • Account managing, and developing all aspects of client relationships • Identifying and developing a candidate community • Managing and ensuring assignment profitability • Identifying potential opportunities to cross sell the Group portfolio of services • Core Competencies • • Ambitious • Tenacious • Hard Working • Entrepreneurial • • Charismatic • Flexible • • Resilient • Credible • • Resourceful • Influencing • Level of Experience • Demonstrable track record of delivering assignments across various functional areas • Consistent performer with a pro active approach to customer service • Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills • Ability to build relationships and generate sponsors and influencers across your clients’ organisations • Good commercial awareness Please contact Peter Mathers, peter.mathers@harveynash.com for more information.
