Train/Develop Volunteers • Get to know what skills your volunteers have, and what they need to learn to be successful. • Goals and outcomes of your club or chapter, Alumni Association background, communications, event planning, etc. • Learn what they can teach you as a club leader! Manage Volunteers • Follow up with volunteers to ensure they are being successful with the task you have given them. • Asked to be copied on important communication. • Volunteers are likely to not return if their first time helping is not successful and satisfying.
