  3. summary Akönpa means in Tibetan “the first human being on Earth” The cultural association Akönpa, (law of July 1, 1901– Art. #5), aims to organize and promote the First Peace Culture International Games, created by Mr. Tenzin KUNCHAP in March 2002. The Project: Around the concept of Peace To create and develop the first “International Games” of Peace Culture to defend this cause in the world The event will take place in the fall of 2010/12 in Paris, New-york, Madrid, Berlin, autres……………… The main events will be: A parade of exceptional artists representing all the traditional communities Official concerts for Peace Cultural, sports and local meetings of countries not represented at the official “Olympic Games” All the present personalities will be invited to make a statement for Peace on Earth in worldwide broadcasts (for instance: the Dalai-Lama). AK NPA Registration #144988 Our values • To help spread the spirit of peace in the world • To promote a new universal conception of the human being, for whom equality is unbreakable • To state the absence of superiority of one culture over another • To represent cultural diversity in order to open our minds to alternatives and change • To produce a speech for the young generations expressing that violence has no place on our planet • To demonstrate the possible peaceful coexistence of communities Our ambitions • To gather diverse worldwide cultures around their common point: entertainment • To emphasize peace within humanity • To offer a stage to all the cultures in the world • To assure the equal representation of nations • To present local ethical and esthetic sports, which are still not recognized by the IOC • To carry our values in an event that’s like an open window to the world • To make this event free to all Our goals • To have the audience discover local sports with exhibitions not recognized by the IOC for example: Mongolian wrestling, Indian cricket, Pakistani polo, Scottish wood trunk throwing, etc. • To promote a spirit of discovery over that of competition • To represent the cultural diversity of our planet • To show a plural mankind by presenting the diversity of cultures and nations of the world for example: parades mixing traditional outfits and high fashion, culinary and artistic diversities, etc. • To offer a stage to world music with artists engaged in favor of peace • For example: B, S,X X etc. • To increase the impact of the event by adding personalities of the arts

AK NPA Registration #144988 Our proposition • To gather the existing cultural communities in France for our project • To involve these associations in our organization of the event in order to represent all nations and their cultures • The event is open to all world cultures and its success depends on the collaboration with international institutions, collectivities, companies, different organizations and individuals • Akönpa is open to any proposition, help and initiative to help peace • For future editions, Akönpa is willing to consider any collaboration with countries sharing the culture of peace in order to organize the event on their territory a) A stadium allowing the gathering of XXXXX spectators in conditions of optimal safety will be the privileged scenario for this show of worldwide national cultures • A concert for peace • Sponsoring by personalities • Clothing and musical parades • Presentation of local sports according to five continental areas b) Around the stadium, a “worldwide village” will offer the audience a summary of the people of our planet, their cultures and traditions, in a common spirit of openness, fraternity and entertainment • Five continental zones • Two external stages offering local music • Reserved spaces for partnership, sponsors and media All shows of the event are free of charge Help sought • Administrative steps • Funding mode based on partnership and sponsorship • Communication • Marketing, advertising • TV, press, radio • Organization • technical: operating structures 1 et 2 and event (telecommunications, energy, sound system, movie production, television) • Volunteering  • Other

AK NPA Registration #144988 Event organization A – Olympic village organization 1) A village divided in 5 continental zones: • Africa • America • Asia • Europe • Oceania 2) Two external stages added to the stadium around the village: -Stage I (S.I): musical and artistic stage of communities A, B and C. -Stage (S.2) of communities for D and E zones 3) A reserved space for sponsors, partners 4) A reserved space for associations 5) A space press/media B – Stadium Organization The parade zones and the stage are reserved for personalities, artists and athletes. The security perimeter is forbidden to the public 1. Communities’ parades: • A stage in the center of the stadium, creating the “P” of peace, will hold the concerts and the personalities’ speeches representing the five continents • Parade itineraries: representing their nations and continents, they all walk in a procession under the same flag, the peace flag. Then they present their nationality. The participants continue around the stadium, exit and then return to their continental zone 2. Official Peace concert: • Concert gathering internationally recognized artists, and personalities – live or previously recorded – in favor of peace 3. Local sports: • Team parades in sportive outfits, representing the nation and continental zone • They first walk in a procession under the peace flag, then with their nationality • The stadium is divided into five continental areas, which feature local sports • A giant screen displays the representations of the different continental zones, inside the stadium and in the Olympic village • The local sports are represented in a spirit of discovery, demonstration, rather than for competition

AK NPA Registration #144988 Promotion Organization A - Functioning: Our teams will assure the media coverage • Press, TV and radio to promote the event • To attract national and international press • The management of partnerships The team in charge of marketing and communication will be working closely with an agency for press support: newspaper and magazine ads, TV and radio commercials, etc. B – Communication modes The promotion of the event will be axed around 4 majors principles: • The media • The partnerships with institutions and collectivities • The direct promotion in the communities taking part in the event • The press 1-The media In order to reach a large audience, the media must be used: TV, print and radio. TV and radio are chosen for a national audience whereas print will also be worldwide 2-The partnerships To assure the support of collectivities and international institutions to promote the event throughout their network (embassies, cultural services, etc.) 3-The direct promotion A large part of the promotion will be done within participating communities local actions. Akönpa will be in charge of the visual support given to these communities to assure a homogenous broadcast in total coherence with the event’s spirit 4-The press The association Akönpa will work upfront in order to contact a maximum of journalists (TV, press, radio…) who will assure wide national and media coverage. The goal of the press is to speak about the event, and when it will take place. It is also an instrument to help the audience discover the existence of the event through personalities interviews, promoters, etc.
