Secondary Research • Growth Potential- 2 Years from now I hope to be able expand my staff to five camp counselors and 100+ kids attending my camp. • 2 Major Competitors: Varsity Soccer Camp, YMCA • My competitive advantage is that I have a different sport every day and it is with kids from all around the area.

Secondary Research- Continued Of the estimated 12,000 camps in the US, approximately 7,000 are resident camps and 5,000 are day camps More than 12,000 day and resident camps exist in the US The number of day camps in the US has grown by 90% in the past 20 years Each year more than 11 million children and adults attend camp

Twitter Poll - Continued Primary Research Results The information that I gathered shows me that I will definatly need to lower my prices because they are to high even though I am doing skimming strategy. It shows me I could change my sports a little bit too to have different sports than what I have. Also that I made the right move by having a different sport each day. This will change my marketing strategy because I will need to change my price as well as the sports on specific days.

SWOT • Strengths- I am outgoing and great with kids and have a vast knowledge about sports • Weaknesses- This will be my first business ever and will need to become a stronger leader to own a camp • Opportunities- I have big opportunity to become an entrepreneur in this field and make a big difference in these kids lives. • Threats- I am young and have no experience running a business but I need to start somewhere.
