  1. Begin your adventure here! Searching for the Mona Lisa Play this text adventure by finding your way through the streets of Paris to the Mona Lisa. Every page gives you a different choice of where to go or what to do. Have fun and explore the different options. There is a start over option on the top left corner and a quick exit option on the bottom right corner of each page.

  2. Choose which gallery to make your way to. Musee de Louvre Musee de L’Orangerie Musee d’Orsay

  3. How will you travel there? Catch the Metro Hire a bike Walk

  4. Arrive at the Musee d’Orsay Purchase ticket and enter exhibition.

  5. Unfortunately the Mona Lisa is not here. However you find an incredible collection of Impressionist art. Press the home button to start over.

  6. After cycling for 20 minutes you realise you have not travelled very far. Decide to take a short rest. Catch the Metro.

  7. You find a nice tree to take a rest under, however you fall asleep only to wake after Museum closing hours. Press the home button to start over.

  8. You have been eating too many croissants and macaroons so you decide to walk. West East

  9. As you are walking to Musee de L’Orangerie, you walk past Musee d’ Orsay. Continue West in search of Musee de L’Orangerie. Decide to search in Musee d’Orsay for the Mona Lisa.

  10. You have reached the end of your map. Go East. Go South

  11. Arrive at Musee de L’Orangerie Enter the exhibition.

  12. Unfortunately the Mona Lisa is not here. However you find yourself sitting tranquilly amongst Monet’s Waterlilies. Press the home button to start over.

  13. Make your way to Musee de Louvre. Catch the Metro. Hire a bike.

  14. After cycling for 30 minutes you realise you have not travelled very far. Catch the Metro. Take a break

  15. Arrive at Musee de Louvre. Choose which wing to enter. Richelleu Denon Sully

  16. Richelleu is currently closed for renovations. Choose another wing. Denon Sully

  17. Enter the Sully wing. Go left Go right

  18. After walking around you think you might be in the wrong wing. Continue to explore the Sully wing Change wings

  19. You see French paintings and pastels from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, as well as ancient Greek, Roman, Etruscan and Egyptian art and antiquities. Decide to come back tomorrow to see the Mona Lisa. Press the home button to start over.

  20. Which wing will you change to? Denon Richelleu

  21. Arrive in the Denon wing. Go right Go left

  22. You travel the long way through the wing and arrive at the Mona Lisa, along with a large crowd. You do see the Mona Lisa, but feel overwhelmed by the size of the crowd. Press the home button to try again.

  23. You take the shortest possible route to the Mona Lisa and arrive before the crowds do. You get an awesome view of the Mona Lisa and a great photo as well. Well done!

  24. You see Musee de Lourve on the other side of the Seine River. There is a bridge you can use to cross. Go East to search for Musee de L’Orangerie Go West to search for Musee d’Orsay Cross the Seine River.
