  3. TYPE 1 • Peripheral facial paralysis • Central facial paralysis

  4. TYPE 2 • Bells palsy • Ramsey-Hunt Syndrome • Facial Paralysis From Middle-Ear Infection • Traumatic Facial Paralysis • Facial Paralysis From Injury during Surgery

  5. Main Manifestations 1 • Sudden onset • one side face numbness even the muscles paralysis • inability to frown • inability to raise the eyebrow • the eye can not be closed

  6. Main Manifestations 2 • salivation • shallow of mouth groove • deviate of angle of the mouth • inability to swallow • inability to show the teeth • inability to blow on the cheek

  7. Main Manifestations 3 • pain in the mastoid region or headache • poor sense of taste • sensitive hearing • mouth can be pulled to the affected side

  8. Wind Shock

  9. CAUSE • Cerebral Hemorrhage • Cerebral Infarction • Cerebral Embolism • Cerebral Vasospasm • Subarachnoid Hemorrhage • Vital Encephalitis

  11. TYPE 2 • Hemiplegia • Paraplegia • Flaccid paralysis • Spastic paralysis

  12. Main Manifestations 1 Obstructive Type • Loss of consciousness • Tightly clinched hands • Clinched jaws • Coarse breathing • Retention of urine, constipation

  13. Main Manifestations 2 Collapsing Type • Loss of consciousness • Closed eyes • Opening mouth • Weak nasal breathing • Incontinence of urine and stools

  24. MANIFESTATION 3 • Nausea and vomiting • Acid regurgitation • Belching • Hiccup • Eructation • Epigastric upset • Eructation with fetid odor

  25. MANIFESTATION 4 • Loose stool • Loose stool with indigest food • Watery stool • Terry stool • Mucous stool • Purulent and bloody dysentery

  43. Manifestation 2 • Fainting • Dizziness aggravated by overstrain and anger • Bitter taste in mouth • Seminal emission • Lustreless lips

  44. Manifestation 3 • Nystagmus • Tremor of limbs • Tinnitus • Deafness • Chest oppression • Restlessness
