Within the past 12 months, has your organization introduced new employee wellness programs (e.g. health improvement programs, disease management programs, smoking cessation programs) as an attempt to reduce health care costs? Note: 11% of respondents reported that their organization already had employee wellness programs in place prior to the last 12 months. The results as illustrated exclude these respondents.
