A Few Tips To Help Supplement Any Diet Plan The appearance of medically supervised diets arose when people with serious health issues, such as heart problems, diabetes, hypertension as well as obesity and so forth, started some of the radically unhealthy diets that seem to abound. This often created a worsening of their medical condition, and so supervised diets were invented. However, even these are not all healthy. All you really need to know is which the healthy foods are and which the unhealthy ones are. Then you eat an abundance of the healthy foods and totally avoid, or at least seriously limit, the unhealthy foods.
