  2. Lack of teamwork • A joint action by a group of people, in which each person subordinates his or her individual interests and opinions for the unity and efficiency of the group

  3. Examples of team work • Effective and efficient teamwork goes beyond individual accomplishments. The most effective teamwork is produced when all the individuals involved harmonize their contributions and work towards a common goal.

  4. Abundance of distraction • Distraction is the divided attention of an individual or group from the chosen object of attention onto the source of distraction.

  5. Examples of distraction • Distraction is caused by: the lack of ability to pay attention; lack of interest in the object of attention; or the great intensity, novelty or attractiveness of something other than the object of attention. Distractions come from both external sources, and internal sources
