Sometimes, it required a very tough and long term treatment to be back in usual size. So, whenever you felt the symptoms of obesity, you should be concern and take relevant actions. A healthy diet, proper exercise can keep you fit and healthy.  Whole eggs : Fat can cause high cholesterol in the body.
