  1. Know About Technical Specifications Of PET Preforma Injection Molding Machine The Servo drive machine is Special designed for the PET Preforma Processing applications. The PET Preforma Injection Molding Machine series is accurate and fast has excellent repeatability. Further it can help you reach a maximum amount of production on a wide range of products. The PET Preforma Injection Molding Machine gives consistently high quality output with the most complex of molds. The optimum energy savings, reliable continual operation with high speed valve response. Not only that it is resistant to corrosion, wear and tear, but also has a screw and barrel for the processing of materials with fiber additives and also fire retardant materials. The screw is driven by high torque, radial piston motor and variable speed. Remarkable features The PET Preforma Injection Molding Machine is unique, ultra reliable andfive point toggle clamping mechanism which is characterized by an almost ideal kinematic velocity feature. The mold opening and closing

Injection Speed profiles are digitally set at 5 selectable stages by time or distance with charging by 6 stages. Molding machine An Injection molding machine is a type of machine meant for manufacturing plastic products by the injection molding process. It is otherwise known as an injection press. It consists of two main parts: An injection unit and A clamping unit.     Types of injection molding machines The Plastic Injection Molding Machine are classified primarily by the type of driving systems they use such as: hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, or hybrid Operation of machine    Injection molding machine molds can be fastened in either a vertical or horizontal position. Vertical machines are used in some niche applications

  3. such as allowing the machine to take advantage of gravity, insert molding but the majority of machines are horizontally oriented. Some vertical machines even do not require the mold to be fastened. The most common way to fasten the tools to the platens, is with manual clamps (both halves are bolted to the platens); however, hydraulic clamps (the tool is hold in place with usage of chocks) and magnetic clamps are also used. Where fast tool changes are required the magnetic and hydraulic clamps are used. Mold design The person designing the mold chooses whether to use a cold runner system or a hot runner system to carry the plastic and fillers from the injection unit to the cavities. A simple channel is carved into the mold through a cold runner. The plastic gets cooled and that fills the cold runner. The cool part is then ejected. A hot runner system using cartridge heaters to keep the plastic in the runners hot as the part cools, is quite complicated. After the part is ejected, the plastic remaining in a hot runner and is injected into the next part. Mechanical arm A robotic arm is often used either by side or top entry, to remove the molded components; but it is more common for parts to drop out of the mold into a container through a chute.
